Senior Vice President

Liz Feldman has conceptualized and overseen the execution of countless consumer campaigns in a wide range of industry spaces, including destination marketing, meetings & conventions, travel, food, and packaged goods.

Liz has been using creative strategies, partnerships and special events to generate consumer interest and awareness for more than 25 years. Her ability to develop multi-channel communications plans aimed at incenting and attracting consumers to products and events delivers measurable results regardless of a client’s preferred metric: increased sales, attendance, membership or registration. Prior to joining Sandy Hillman in 1999, Liz served in management capacities with other firms and as in-house corporate public relations counsel.

Our firm is nationally certified as a WBE and we are on the GSA register. We are headquartered in Baltimore with a satellite office in New York.

Sandy Hillman

Founder

Sandy Hillman, the agency's founder and president, has developed and managed communications programs in both the public and private sectors. She has advised the leaders of Fortune 500 companies as well as presidents, governors and mayors. Her career spans public company and public affairs engagements.

Sandy founded her Baltimore-based agency after serving as vice-chair and CEO of a major full-service advertising and public relations firm. Prior to that, Sandy led the Baltimore Office of Promotion and Tourism for 13 years as its executive director. She was dubbed the "impresario of urban America" by Time magazine for her revolutionary and internationally recognized work in transforming Baltimore's Inner Harbor into a world-class tourism destination.

Ms. Hillman has been actively engaged in the Maryland community for decades. Among her many civic responsibilities, she currently sits on the boards of The University of Maryland Foundation, The Greater Baltimore Committee and Living Classrooms.

David
Curley

Senior Vice President

Dave Curley has authored and managed public relations programs for internationally televised events, industry leading companies and upstart trendsetters, working with Sandy Hillman for more than 18 years.

Dave joined the firm on the day it was founded after serving in senior leadership roles for nearly a decade at one of Baltimore’s largest full-service marketing communications agencies. His award-winning work has helped shape the brand images of organizations, products and events in categories ranging from entertainment to alternative energy. Dave has overseen the successful integration of disparate organizational cultures during a number of mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining the agency ranks, Dave served on the corporate side of the business. He began his career as a newspaper reporter.
